The cleanest hotel I have ever been to! It’s pretty new and everything is so clean! The housekeepers did a great job. Their breakfast is the best among the other Marriott hotels with similar prices. What is best is that they have everything you need to cook in the room. Their room is pretty large too.

We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace CDA. From check-in to check-out it was outstanding. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, nice pool and spa, the gym is top notch! Clean and comfortable common areas. Very nice and calming minimalistic decor. Breakfast is hot and fresh and the attendant was friendly. In fact the all of the staff were professional, kind and wonderful! Kacie at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Haley, the head housekeeper was super helpful and went out of her way to assure we were comfortable and Grace was so sweet and made sure our room was stocked with everything for our extended stay. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff! There was never a time we were not met with a greeting and genuine smile. The building was clean inside and out, even the elevators were sparkling. Management is running an all-star team at this location! We will definitely choose to stay again when in the area. Thank you for a great experience!!

Room was very clean and up to date with a couch and the kitchenette had a small, but real sized fridge, microwave and stove top. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in the room and bathroom. Easy on and off to freeway. Definitely would stay here again.

Our stay at Town Hill Suites was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Having separate areas to relax, sleep, and work made it feel more like a home than a hotel room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything—from the linens to the bathroom—was spotless and well maintained. We especially appreciated the small details that made the space feel inviting and functional. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area. It was clean, well cared for, and perfect for both relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Whether you’re traveling with family or just looking to enjoy a peaceful swim, the pool provides a great balance of fun and relaxation. The overall atmosphere at Town Hill Suites is calm, modern, and welcoming. The common areas were tidy, and the property felt safe and well managed. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring guests feel taken care of. We would absolutely stay at Town Hill Suites again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service in a well-kept setting.

Excellent interaction and experience at this TownePlace Suite in Coeur d’ Alene, exceeded our expectations! Louie worked that midnight shift as we were checking in after hours from our big move from WA state into MT. We really appreciate the politeness and kindness shown, how secure the facility is and Uhaul friendly, as well as the hot breakfast options. Will definitely be staying here if we ever need to pass through again!

Had a family member come in in a very serious situation who needed a long-term stay. The staff was inviting, accommodating and compassionate. Would highly recommend this chain of hotels across the US. There are clean the staff is pleasant and the stay is above average. It’s really a wonderful place. Thank you to all of the north Western staff in Idaho and across the central US. Wonderful wonderful place.

This hotel was fantastic especially for the price. We were blown away by the size of the room and the cleanliness, amenities, atmosphere and all. It's about half the price of the cheap hotels in Missoula but this place has everything and more. I could not believe how great this place was at the incredibly affordable price. They even had a Christmas present wrapping station which had I need there for suggesting other than a surgery I probably would have went shipping and tried out. We will be coming back.

Wonderful accommodation that we stayed at for 2 nights. The ugly facade doesn’t do justice to the comforts inside. Spotless clean, wonderful pool & hot tub with shower/ toilet, handicap lift in both areas, plenty of seating. Immaculate rooms with comfortable beds. Love the kitchenette that is fully stocked. Incredible built ins within the closet,shelves everywhere you turn, and best was having 2 sinks that could be used - bath and kitchen. Best breakfast with wide range of options that is included in your stay. Friendly & helpful staff. Perfect location just off I 90. We will return!
